We also continue to act in family law matters, and that combination matters. When a separation involves the matrimonial home, or a refinance is needed to fund a spousal buy-out, the settlement and the real estate transaction are handled in the same office, by the same lawyer, without the delays that come from splitting the work.

Kris has spent over 20 years practising in Ontario, with a daily practice centred on real estate: residential purchases, sales and refinancing, commercial and investment property transactions, private mortgage lending, title transfers, and notary public services. He also draws on two decades of family law experience in divorce, separation, custody, support, and property matters, combining technical precision with a compassionate, client-first approach.
Kris closes transactions across Toronto, Peel, York, Halton, and Durham, and represents family law clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. He is known for direct communication, meticulous file preparation, and closings that happen on time.
