Founder
Kishore (Kris) Subramanian
Our founder Kris has built his career on real estate and family law. With over 20 years of experience in Ontario, his daily practice covers residential purchases, sales and refinancing, commercial transactions, private mortgages, and notary public services, combined with a compassionate, client-first approach.
Alongside the real estate practice, Kris continues to act in family law matters: divorce and separation, child custody and parenting, spousal and child support, and property and equalization. Whether the file is a firm closing, a private mortgage, a will, or a contested custody dispute, Kris meets every client with the same standard of attention, candour, and care.
