Our Practice

With a career spanning fourteen years, Kishore (Kris) Subramanian  specializes in Family Law (separation, divorce, custody and matters  related to the Children’s Aid Society), Real Estate services, Personal  Injury Litigation (tort claims and accident benefits work), and  preparation of Wills and other legal documents.
 

Kris attended Osgoode Hall Law School to complete his L.L.B  accreditation and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2007. He is also  qualified to practice as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of England  & Wales since 2009, and as a Legal Advocate in India since 1997.
 

Prior legal experience includes working with Andersen Legal (India),  affiliation with Arthur Andersen & Co., one of the world’s largest  legal organizations then with 3400 qualified lawyers worldwide. More  recently, with extensive experience and practice gained at Misir &  Co. in the field of Personal Injury Law, Kris has also worked at other  law firms specializing in the area of family law and real estate.

On the personal front, Kris enjoys being around with family and friends,  and loves the outdoors, travelling and playing active badminton.
